Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are managed in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. If you subscribed on the web, use the billing portal or account area linked from your purchase confirmation. We do not cancel store subscriptions from our side on your behalf.
Yes. Use the in-app account or settings area where delete account is offered, or contact us with the email associated with your account and we will help process deletion subject to our Terms and legal retention requirements.
First check that you are signed into the same account you used to purchase. Restore purchases in the app if your store offers it. If it still fails, contact us with your store receipt or transaction id and we will investigate.
