Delete your Oddsy account

You can delete your Oddsy account and its associated data at any time, directly in the Oddsy app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to request deletion

1. Open the Oddsy app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Account settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
5. Confirm by tapping Delete in the dialog.

Your sign-in identity is removed immediately, so you will be signed out and will not be able to log in again with that account.

If you cannot access the app

If you have already uninstalled Oddsy or cannot sign in, email teamoddsy@gmail.com from the address registered to your account with the subject Delete my account. We will verify ownership of the address and complete the deletion on your behalf.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in identity - your email address and any Google or Apple sign-in link - is removed immediately and permanently. You are signed out, and the account can never be signed into again.
• Your account is deactivated, so it no longer appears anywhere in the app and no longer has an active subscription tier.

What is retained

• Your account record and the activity linked to it - saved bets and stake history, favourite teams and competitions, and saved accumulators - are retained in a deactivated state for as long as necessary for fraud prevention and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. This data is no longer reachable through the app, by you or by anyone else.
• Purchase and transaction records are held by Apple, Google and our payment processors for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and are outside our control.
• Anonymised and aggregated data that cannot identify you - for example overall prediction accuracy statistics - is retained, because it is no longer personal data.

Requesting full erasure

If you want your retained data permanently erased rather than deactivated, you can request this under UK and EU data protection law. Email teamoddsy@gmail.com from the address registered to your account with the subject Erase my data. We will verify ownership of the address and respond within one month.

Your subscription

Deleting your Oddsy account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by Oddsy, so you must cancel separately:

• iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Oddsy → Cancel
• Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Oddsy → Cancel

Cancel before deleting your account, or you will continue to be charged.
