Oddsy targets current iOS and Android versions listed on the store pages. Older OS versions may work but are not guaranteed. Use the latest OS for the best security and performance.

The app crashes or will not load. What can I try?
Force-close the app, restart your phone, and check for updates in the store. Clear cache only if the app settings allow it. If the problem persists, contact us with your device model, OS version, and what you were doing when it failed.
I am not receiving emails (reset password, receipts)
Check spam and promotions folders. Add our support domain to your contacts. If you use a strict email provider, try another address or contact us from the form on this site.
